Requirements are easy...
Scrap at least three layouts a month
Post layouts in at least three galleries
-my gallery at SugarHill Co.
-my gallery at Zig Zag Scrap
-a third gallery of your choice
Enabling or promotion (blog/fb/twitter) is not required but always appreciated!
